**JOB BRIEF: -**We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving our company's revenue goals. Must have experience in **UPS Sales**
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales activities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**EDUCATION**
- **Minimum Education: -**Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- **Technical Education: -**MBA in Sales is preferred
**EXPERIENCE**
- **Minimum Experience: -**Minimum 3+ years in IT product category sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
