- Prepare mise en place and set up stations for service, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storage areas, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment, in adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Support senior kitchen staff in menu development, recipe testing, and food costing as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school education or relevant culinary certification preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen colleagues and other staff members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary profession.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
