Front Office Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Follow security protocols and monitor visitor access.
- Keep records of visitor information and staff movements.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using phone systems, office equipment, and computer software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
