**Job description**

US shift voice process
- ROLE: US Debt collection
- SALARY: 20k to 45k
- WORKING DAYTS: 5 days working
- WORKING TIME: 8pm to 5am, different shift

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill.
- Responsible for corresponding with customers.

Requirements
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months experience for US based 3rd party / International Sales
- Should be willing to work in US Shifts

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- total international voice: 1 year (preferred)
