**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Operations Management:

- Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Liaise between different departments such as R&D, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Resolve interdepartmental conflicts and issues as they arise.

Resource Allocation:

- Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in budget planning and control related to operations.

Project Management:

- Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to product development, production, and process improvement.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:

- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the operations team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, Production Management, or Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Implement measures to continuously improve product quality and reliability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
