Job Title: Office Intern - **ADVANCE EXCEL KNOWLEDGE MUST**
Location: Rajarhat
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze data and generate reports.
- Assist in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases for various projects.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide support on Excel-related tasks.
- Organize and streamline data management processes to improve efficiency.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support team projects.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program (preferred).
- Previous experience in an office environment or related field (preferred).
Duration: 6 months
