**Job Summary**:
The State Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a specific geographic region or state. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The State Sales Executive plays a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving overall business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned state. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Distributor / Dealer Management - Appointing & Relationship management

**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotions.

**Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:
Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.

**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights.

**Sales Reporting**:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives. Provide input on product enhancements or new offerings based on customer feedback.

**Training and Development**:
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Provide training and support to sales associates as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Preferable HSC Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned state.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
