The HybridCloud Windows/Azure Architect will be part of a team which designs, builds and operates the global AWS, Azure and On-premises environments of Siemens Healthineers.

Position Description:
The HybridCloud Windows/Azure Architect will be part of a team which designs, builds and operates the global AWS, Azure and On-premises environments of Siemens Healthineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Main responsibility and product owner for Windows RDS and Web Hosting service
- Collaborate and supporting the Cloud Platform and Serverless group on engineering activities.
- Design, Building and Maintain cloud systems on Azure using all available services with focus on PaaS
- Build solutions that provide availability, performance, and stability in our systems, services, and products at scale
- Work in conjunction with our demand teams and business users to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements
- Define migration solutions for existing on-prem hosted software development processes (CI/CD landscapes)
- Propose architecture using native Azure services, automation, and serverless technology in a complex multi-tenant environment
- Understand Siemens Healthineers information security requirements and drive adherence for cloud workloads
- Collaborate within organization to build secure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS environments in Azure
- Develop and maintain documentation for built Azure systems and procedures
- Build working relationships with Siemens Healthineers and business teams
- Craft and evangelize secure cloud platform & product requirements
- Embrace a culture of continuous service improvement and service excellence
- Stay current on cloud industry trend

Desired Qualifications:

- Qualifications:_
- Overall 7+ years experience in Windows On-Prem and Cloud Technologies and recent 5 years particularly in Azure
- Experience with the implementation o-prem and cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows Services in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of web server technology IIS, Apache server technology.
- Knowledge of Azure security strategies and tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on status, progress and risks
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Azure certification along with other security certifications is a plus
- Knowledge of container technology is a plus
- Knowledge of software development processes at scale is a plus
