Responsibilities
- 1. Plan and strategize for shoots and set designs aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Guide studio staff and other team members in bringing set designs to life, overseeingconstruction and installation within the studio.

3. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment of shoots with overall brand andmarketing objectives.

4. Develop and oversee the creation of detailed set designs and their construction.

5. Select props to guarantee alignment with the brand's image and messaging.

6. Execute social media initiatives and provide creative direction for visual contentdevelopment.
- 1. Knowledge of composition, lighting, framing, design principles, color theory, interior andspatial arrangement.

2. Skilled in selecting and arranging props, backgrounds, and lighting setups to elevate overallaesthetics.

3. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective social media campaigns.

4. Ability to translate abstract concepts into visually appealing and impactful content.

5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for success.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

7. Innovation in approaching projects with fresh and creative ideas.

8. Attention to detail to ensure a polished and professional final product.

9. Interest in the home decor/hard goods/furniture industry

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
