We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and storytelling. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
Experience & Education:
1-1.5 years of professional experience in graphic design (entry level candidates will also be considered, if they present an impressive body of work and other skills)
A Bachelor’s degree in Design or Art from a reputed institution
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
Photoshop
InDesign (a must)
Illustrator
Premiere Pro
After Effects
Figma (would be helpful)
Familiarity with Canva and other online editing tools is a plus
Familiarity with online web development platforms like Wix and Shopify would be additionally helpful.
Additional Skills:
Strong skills in illustration and video editing
Ability to conceptualise innovative storytelling ideas
A solid understanding of layout, composition, design principles, typography, text formatting, etc.
Knowledge of print processes and print-ready files
Basic studio photography & videography (using a phone)
Keen eye for content quality and grammar
Creative, organised, and always open to feedback
Team player with the ability to meet tough deadlines

A passion for creative ideation
Hands-on learning
Comfortable and respectful with client interaction

At One Small Design Studio, we specialize in creating engaging communication across various platforms. From publication design to digital media, our team works on diverse projects that involve:
Graphic design (print & digital)
Illustration & visual storytelling
Photography & videography
Video editing & animation
Content development & research
We encourage creative thinking and innovative approaches to all our projects and always look for fresh perspectives
Work Mode & Location:
Work Mode: Hybrid (Combination of remote and office work)
Office Location: Noida, U.P.
Work Week: 6 days, 10 AM to 7 PM for work from home days; 1030 AM to 730 PM for work from office days
Preferred Candidate Location: Delhi-NCR or candidates willing to relocate
