Receptionist/office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documents.
- Assist with data entry, data analysis, and report generation as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in back office.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the solar energy industry is a plus.
