Inside Sales Coordinator

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and quotations.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, including sales performance analysis and forecasts.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing materials.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
