Corporate Trainer for Educational Institution Marketing and Sales Team
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of our marketing and sales teams.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, case studies, and simulations.
- Leverage your deep understanding of the educational institution sector to provide relevant and industry-specific training content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational marketing and sales to incorporate into training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to established call pitch guidelines and standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and develop strategies to enhance their call pitching techniques.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to create action plans for individual and team performance enhancement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the marketing and sales teams.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team updated on industry developments.
- Analyze feedback from team members and management to refine training content and methodologies.
- Continuously iterate on training programs to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and HR, to align training initiatives with overall company goals.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on training progress and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years preferably) in educational institution marketing and sales, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust training strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in using training software, tools, and multimedia resources.
- Certifications in training, coaching, or instructional design are advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
