Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

**About Team**:
Growth marketing team at Paytm performs these critical functions for our platform:
1. Traffic allocation to various growth use cases like payments, commerce, financial services according to user current interest and also propensity to adopt new use cases

2. Enhancing growth as a product platform with real time targeting, building a 360-degree customer profile and enhancing reach through most suitable channels

3. Evangelization of growth amongst various businesses of Paytm and ensuring best practices trickle down to all businesses.

**About Role**:
**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. Strong command of branding, brand story-telling on social & performance marketing

2. Strong writing skills — ability to teach others to become better copy / script writers (Hindi & English)

4. Close attention to detail — ability to use nuances to carry out an idea or a theme in a video project

5. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion

6. Lead static creative development for all performance marketing campaigns

7. Collaborate with performance marketing team to obtain knowledge around requirements and work with team of copy and designers to implement creatives.

8. Direct and motivate team of designers.

9. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

10. Revise content and creative, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

11. Strong ability to think value add to marketing UI/UX on various platforms

12. Expert aptitude in 2D, 3D, stop motion, animation, and motion graphics

13. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Especially Premier Pro

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in creative copy. (2-5 yrs)

2. Ability to think campaigns as well as tactical day-to-day creative needs

3. Diligent in project management — checks-in frequently to understand status of all projects, redirects resources as necessary to fulfil changing priorities / deadlines if necessary

4. Motivated self-starter — able to analyze a situation and jump in with a solution without receiving constant guidance / monitoring

5. Mentorship skills — educate, inspire internal and agency teams

**Education**:
Graduate or Post-graduate/ MBA
