Post Production Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the post-production process for our in-house media projects, including video production, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient post-production workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including videographers, editors, sound engineers, and creative team members, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the post-production phase.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets, including footage, audio files, graphics, and other post-production elements, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-structured.
- Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive quality checks on all post-production deliverables to ensure adherence to project specifications, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and provide support in translating creative vision into post-production elements.
- Timeline Management: Create and maintain production schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Software and Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of post-production software, hardware, and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted workflows.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and address technical issues that may arise during the post-production process, working closely with the technical team to find prompt solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project progress, revisions, and changes, ensuring all relevant information is properly recorded and accessible to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Post Production Coordinator or a similar role within an in-house media team.
- Proficient in industry-standard post-production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
- Strong understanding of post-production processes, including video editing, color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and best practices for organizing and archiving media assets.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in video production and post-production techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

**Location: Kakkanad, Kochi**
**Working days: Monday to Friday**
**Package: Negotiable if the person has a strong academic background or work experience.**
