Administrative Officer

1.Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for teaching and not teaching staff.

3.Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases

4. Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.

5. Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.

6.Creating reports and memos as needed.

7.Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.

8. Attend meetings and record notes and messages for staff members

**Qualifications for Administrative Officer**
- A degree in a related field, such as office administration, may be preferred.
- Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- 5+ years of experience for entry level positions.
- Prior experience using spreadsheet software, including Excel.
- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow.
- Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹56,069.00 per month
