1. Error and Degradation Audit and analysis of SDH,DWDM and OTN Network.
2. Coordination with Operation, Planning, NOC team for faster closure within SLA for Error and Degradation
cases.
3. Proactive Performance Monitoring and analysis.
4. POC of New Product and share observations to planning team and track for closure.
5. To provide network AT clearance as per network plan for DWDM /OTN New Link /Channel addition.
6. To Provide network AT clearance of RFMS, SSU Devices.
7. Preparations and Analysis of MIS Reports/ Trackers.
8. Automation of Error / Degration and AT Process of OTN /DWDM Network.
