Network availability
- Alarm Monitoring and Alerts - 24 X 7 monitoring of passive alarms, ticketing and chase up for faster restoration.
- Escalation Matrix Management - Timely escalation to field team, internal teams and vendors to ensure maximum uptime of sites / network.
- Ensuring timely and correct RFO from field teams for effective ticket closure.
- Team at NOC - Ensure all vacancies are filled at all given times. Team has high end tools to perform. Team is well aware on NOC process. Timely trainings on upcoming tools. technology etc.
- MIS Reports - Daily tracking of incidents (low / high), sites impacted most, tracking deviations and coming out with actions and chasing concerned teams to close same.
- Manage escalations from circles and internal customers and provide seamless support.
- RCA - Ensure RCA for critical outages a) Preliminary within 2hrs b) Final within 12-24hrs and sharing same with all stake holders.

Digitization:

- Tool for monitoring and ticketing - 1) Single tool for monitoring all alarms. And any new system being integrated at site for pushing alarms should be integrated to monitoring tool 2) Single tool for ticketing so that one team is flexible enough to manage all kind of network.
- Entire alarm monitoring with alerts (robo calls) to field to be automated from first day.
- Focus on improvement through automation

New sites integration for ticketing and alarms
- Ensure alarms are integrated for new sites immediately after AT to start ticketing.
- Database update for new sites (inventory, escalation matrix etc.)
- Ensure Teams should have proper MOP for activity to be carried out at site and with NOC team

People management
- Motivate team for innovation.
- Identify training and development needs for each individual in team and map in training calendar.
- Conduct cross functional trainings to Centralized Network surveillance, Incident Management, Operation and Maintenance, teams on new technology.
- Developing Subject Matter Expert on all Infra Vendor Products to reduce the much dependency on Vendor support and faster resolution of Infra Incidents.
- Coach and mentor to team for overall development and growth.
- Support HRD function to develop training and certification modules for employee certification.
