Customer Support Executive

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints received through various channels.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, rates, and policies.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Generate invoices, bills, and receipts for guests' stays, additional services, and amenities.
- Handle payment transactions securely and process credit card transactions following established procedures.
- Reconcile accounts and address any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with front desk agents, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and sensitive data.
- Stay updated on security protocols and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
