- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to increase banquet sales.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and promote the hotel’s banquet services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, and F&B) to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Prepare detailed Banquet Event contract and FP and communicate specific client needs to the relevant departments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and handling any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct post-event feedback surveys to gather insights and improve service quality.
