Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Research and book the most cost-effective and efficient travel options.
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel plans are communicated effectively to employees.
- Handle travel emergencies and changes in itinerary promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
- Assist in negotiating corporate rates with travel vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and external travel partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet the travel needs of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Desk Executive or in a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
