**Job Roles and Responsibility**:

- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
- Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service
- Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Handling inbound calls from clients on Software products related to functional and technical queries.
- Provide Online/Onsite support to customers
- Requirement Analysis
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

**Attributes Required**:

- Good with basic computer technicalities like the functioning of a software system
- Knowledge of databases and Networks
- Commanding language skill
