**Responsibilities**:
1.Expertise in designing high-quality graphics and impactful visual content for website.

2.Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites.

3.Design & Develop visually stunning and responsive websites that align with Datoms Product vision

4.Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs.

5.Collaborate, content creators, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

6.Conduct thorough SEO analysis and implement strategies to optimize websites for search engines.

7.Monitor website performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve site speed, usability, and overall SEO ranking.

8.Stay updated on the latest web development trends, technologies, and SEO best practices.

9.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing websites as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

2.1-3 years of proven experience working as a Web UI Designer/WordPress Developer or similar role.

3.Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development, customization, and maintenance.

4.Core experience in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma.

5.Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

6.Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

7.Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

8.Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

9.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

10.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

11.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
