**Front Office Coordinator**
We are looking for a Office Coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
**Responsibilities of Front Office Coordinator includes**:
- Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes.
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
Requirement:
- **Work experience around 0 to 10 years as an Office Coordinator or similar role**
- Excellent MS office/ Excel knowledge
- Good written and communication skills.
- Discretion and Confidentiality
**LOCATION**: South Ex and Kirti Nagar
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
