**Field Sales Executive - Yashoda IVF Hospital**

**We are seeking a passionate and driven FieldSales Executive to join our team at Yashoda IVF, a leading IVF clinic committed to helping hopeful families achieve their dreams of parenthood.**

Yashoda IVF and Fertility centre, Kamothe is renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional success rates, and compassionate patient care. We offer a comprehensive range of fertility treatments, including IVF, ICSI, egg freezing etc. Our dedicated team of experienced doctors, nurses, and embryologists are committed to providing the highest quality care and personalised support to every patient.

**About the Role**:
As a **Field Sales Executive**, you will play a vital role in expanding our patient base and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new patients, fostering long-term relationships with referral partners, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase awareness and patient referrals for the hospital's IVF services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, obstetricians, and gynaecologists, as well as other healthcare professionals who can refer patients to our clinic.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and build brand awareness.
- Organize personalised consultations and educational events for potential patients.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our treatments and services.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Analyse data and reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of the fertility industry and IVF treatment options.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
