- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-equipped with necessary stationery.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges.
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist in filling out and submitting tender documents.
- Handle administrative tasks including managing schedules and coordinating office events.
- Manage databases and records.
- Schedule and manage diaries, including travel arrangements and expenses.
- Arrange post and deliveries.
- Assist in organizing celebrations and events.
- Oversee housekeeping to maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
