**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional **Administrative Assistant** with experience in managing the travel desk, coordinating C-Suite executives' calendars, handling guest relations, and performing general secretarial duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage travel arrangements (domestic and international) for employees including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Coordinate with travel vendors to ensure seamless and cost-effective travel plans.
- Maintain and coordinate the schedules of C-Suite executives, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are accurately planned.
- Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts, ensuring executives' time is used efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to C-Suite executives and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage the experience of guests, visitors, and business partners with professionalism and hospitality.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed (meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV equipment).
- Act as a liaison between executives and guests, providing assistance as needed.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B or hotel industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative qualifications.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with travel booking and expense management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

**Preferred Background**:
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
