Job Overview
An Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation. This role will involve handling a variety of tasks related to organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Administrative tasks including admin operations, maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers to ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings & conferences.
- Support HR activities & Coordinate with internal team for admin support.
- Responsible for handling & Maintain records for company assets such as Laptops, Moiles and other.
- Liaise with IT support for troubleshooting issues.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven Experience as an administrative assistant or executive.
- Proficiency technical support in terms of computers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
