Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven of experience as a Chinese chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment, demonstrating proficiency in preparing a wide range of Chinese dishes

**Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Planning**: Create authentic Chinese cuisine menus, incorporating traditional and contemporary dishes while considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, dumplings, noodles, soups, and seafood, ensuring high-quality presentation, taste, and consistency.
- **Ingredient Selection**: Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Recipe Development**: Develop and refine recipes, experimenting with flavors, textures, and cooking techniques to enhance the overall dining experience.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee kitchen operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and sanitation to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with other kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants, to streamline workflows, maintain consistency, and meet service deadlines.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering delicious, visually appealing, and properly cooked Chinese dishes, responding promptly to feedback, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- **Cultural Representation**: Represent Chinese culinary traditions and culture with authenticity and respect, educating staff and customers about the origins, ingredients, and techniques behind each dish.

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary traditions, regional cuisines, cooking methods, and ingredients, as well as a passion for exploring and showcasing authentic flavors and techniques.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using traditional Chinese cooking equipment, such as woks, steamers, and cleavers, as well as modern kitchen tools and appliances.
- **Creativity**: Creativity and innovation in recipe development, presentation, and menu design, with a willingness to experiment and adapt recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.
- **Attention to Detail**: Attention to detail in food preparation, cooking times, seasoning, and plating, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff, communicate instructions clearly, and interact professionally with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adjusting to changing priorities, menu requirements, and customer demands while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- **Food Safety Certification**: Certification in food safety and sanitation practices, demonstrating knowledge of proper handling, storage, and preparation of food to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
