- **D365 Commerce Architect**:

- The Microsoft D365 commerce Architect is dedicated to defining solution specifically for the
- platform and acts in a SME role to provide guidance and Design/ Development expertise for
- client-based engagements and extensions to D365 Retail, eCommerce Suite (typically
- Implementations, rollouts and productizing engagements)
- They will translate the business requirements and design specifications. The architect will also
- play an active role in the identification and creation of all necessary documentation aligned to
- client process flows.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with Internal Team, client Architects, Power users and functional resources to translate
- business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new
- documented and addressed satisfactorily
- Works closely with business partners on providing a POV on technical and process
- recommendations and solutions
- Configure the platform per specifications.
- Ensure team members follows established standards.
- Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality
- Prepares estimates for complex projects to provide management with information needed to
- accurately forecast project delivery dates
- Provide production support to existing systems
- Assist in the mentoring, training and development of team members skills
- Participates in cross-functional efforts to build out customizations as required
- Works with technical teams to devise or modify procedures/processes to solve complex
- problems
- Utilizes functional knowledge of the project Management, Resourcing and Billing processes for service industries
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience
- Has 12+ years of experience in D365 Retail and eCommerce and related eco-system of
- PowerApps, Commerce HQ, CSU, Power BI and Site builder
- Experienced in multi-site and multi-country, end-to-end implementations of D365 SCM,
- ecommerce within a bespoke environment
- Basic Understanding for D365 F& O, CE, so as to ensure that a complete integrated Customer
- journey is considered while architecting solutions
- Experienced in architecting D365 eCommerce in a headless environment that would also entail
- 3 rd party integrations using data verse or other iPaaS
- Proficient in using D365 reporting and Knowledge of integration tools (C#, X++)
- Strong ability to balance multiple responsibilities and take initiative
- Ability to perform in a fast paced and highly interactive team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem solving skills
- Flexible, team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and passionate

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
