Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client outreach and relationship management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury jewellery and diamond market.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively present and sell our products.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products.
- Showcase products through in-store displays, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Maintain an organized and attractive presentation of products in the showroom.
- **Sales Administration**:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle all sales transactions, including invoicing, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote the brand and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the luxury jewellery and diamonds industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Passionate about jewellery and luxury goods.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
