Job Overview: As a Telemarketing Caller for our Ad Agency, you will be crucial in driving business growth by generating leads and acquiring new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients, present our advertising services, and persuade them to engage with our agency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a deep understanding of our agency's services and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our advertising services.
Maintain a database of leads and update it regularly.
**Client Outreach**:Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their advertising needs and challenges.
Present our agency's services, explaining the benefits and unique selling points.
Answer questions and provide relevant information to address client concerns.
**Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Record client interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis.
**Achieve Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Work towards achieving individual and team goals set by the sales manager.
**Collaboration**:Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and strategies.
Provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions to enhance promotional materials.
**Stay Informed**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the advertising landscape.
Continuously enhance product and industry knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing concepts.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
