**Female Radiologist Job Description (Minimum 4 Years Experience)**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Diagnostic Image Interpretation**:

- Analyze and interpret various diagnostic imaging modalities including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, mammograms, and nuclear medicine studies.
- Provide detailed and accurate diagnostic reports to referring physicians, incorporating clinical history and pertinent findings for comprehensive patient management.

2. **Subspecialty Expertise**:

- Utilize subspecialty training and expertise to provide advanced interpretation in areas such as neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology, breast imaging, abdominal imaging, or interventional radiology, depending on qualifications.

3. **Quality Assurance and Peer Review**:

- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of image quality, diagnostic accuracy, and patient safety.
- Engage in peer review sessions to provide feedback, share expertise, and promote continuous improvement within the department.

4. **Patient Consultation and Collaboration**:

- Consult with referring physicians and specialists to discuss imaging findings, answer questions, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, particularly in complex or multifaceted cases.

5. **Education and Mentorship**:

- Mentor and supervise junior radiologists, residents, and fellows, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students through lectures, case discussions, and hands-on teaching activities.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Radiology.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-residency experience in diagnostic radiology.
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of radiology preferred, with certification or significant experience in the chosen subspecialty.
- Active medical licensure and eligibility for practice in the designated state or region.
- Proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities with demonstrated diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and communicate complex medical information to patients and referring physicians.

Pay: ₹80,008.82 - ₹190,226.64 per month
