Currently, we serve 2000 students and 1350 student alumni through a strong team of nearly 170 staff members. In the academic year 2022-23, we are growing our impact and are looking for exceptional individuals to lead these efforts

**Responsibilities**

**A- Office Management**
- Inventory Management - managing the assets and materials for staffs
- Coordinate regularly with Central Office for work
- Procurement of goods/services
- Photocopying/Printing and Stationery Work

**B- Data Management and Updating**
- Student details and Staff database
- Managing Admissions of Student Alumni in College to Career Programme
- Petty Cash Management - Handling the team expenses
- Managing Events and coordinating with Vendors and Shopkeepers.
- Arrange devices for Students.
- Data Hygiene Check

**C- Document Verification**
- Verifying and giving feedback on students’ caste or other admissions related documents.
- Generating document readiness reports for the students
- verified, stuck or in progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Educational Qualification: Graduation (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Administration Work experience working in Offices, Schools

or Hospitals

Sheets etc.
- Must be able to write and type in Hindi & Marathi and understand English.

**Location**-Pune

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
