**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Manage day-to-day office activities, including organizing meetings, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensuring a well-maintained office environment.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflow and maintain efficient office operations.
- Schedule appointments for clients and internal meetings, coordinating with relevant parties to optimize efficiency.
- **Client and Supplier Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, fostering strong partnerships.
- **Expense Tracking**:

- Keep meticulous records of all expenses incurred by the company.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursement, maintaining transparency and compliance with financial procedures.
- **Daily Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed daily reports summarizing key activities, accomplishments, and challenges.
- Coordinate with staff members to collect relevant information for comprehensive and accurate reports, providing valuable insights to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common organizational goals.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on customer service procedures, contributing to a cohesive and efficient team.
- **Professional Communication**:

- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all communications, both internal and external.
- Foster effective communication channels, ensuring clarity and understanding among team members and stakeholders.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability.
- Stay informed about industry standards and regulations, ensuring the company's activities align with best practices.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
