**Back Office Coordinator**
- Smoothly interact with people within organization with different departments
- Handle Client coordination.
- Maintain excellent levels of understanding and rapport between agency and clients.
- High sense of responsibility towards deadlines.
- Ensure no client and business is neglected.
- Maintain smooth working routines between client servicing and creative department
- Raise the levels of engagement with clients.
- Coordinate daily internal office routines
- Arrange appointments/meetings and organize schedules
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
**Desired Profile**
- Good command over correct spoken and written English
- Well versed in using MS Office & Internet.
- Ability to draft letters and handle correspondence independently
**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
