Student Counseling:

- Provide academic counseling to students to help them identify their academic goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to discuss their academic progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career development.
- Ensure that students are aware of the resources available to them and how to access them.

Program Management:

- Develop and implement academic support programs that help students achieve their academic goals.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure that academic programs are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the institution.
- Develop and maintain program evaluation criteria and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of academic programs.

Student Engagement:

- Develop strategies to engage students and encourage active participation in academic programs.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that enhance the academic experience of the students.
- Collaborate with student organizations and clubs to promote academic excellence and foster a positive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,303.26 - ₹30,983.09 per month
