Admission Counselor

**Position**: Academic Counsellor

**Objective**:
To provide effective academic counselling and guidance to students and parents, ensuring that they make informed decisions about educational programs offered by our organization. The Academic Counsellor is responsible for supporting students in their educational journey and promoting the benefits of our programs.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
**1. Student Counselling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational goals, needs, and concerns.
- Provide personalized academic guidance and program recommendations based on individual student profiles.

**2. Program Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of all educational programs offered by the organization.
- Promote the benefits and advantages of our programs to prospective students and parents.

**3. Admissions Support**:

- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission experience for all applicants.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Address and resolve concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

**Salary**: ₹10,633.29 - ₹21,896.05 per month
