**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MetaHuman Animation**: Create, rig, animate, and retargeting MetaHuman characters to achieve realistic human movement and expressions.
- **Environment Setup**: Design and build detailed, immersive environments in Unreal Engine, suitable for high-quality movie production.
- **Lighting & Rendering**: Set up realistic lighting and rendering pipelines to ensure cinematic quality output.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, animators, and other team members to ensure that the visual style and tone are consistent with the project’s vision.
- **Optimization**: Optimize assets and scenes for real-time performance without sacrificing quality.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address technical challenges related to character animation, physics, and environment interaction.
- **Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Unreal Engine and MetaHuman technology to continually enhance the quality of our projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience working with Unreal Engine, with a focus on MetaHuman animation and environment setup.
- **Skills**: Proficient in using MetaHuman Creator, Maya, Blender, or other relevant 3D software.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing previous work with MetaHumans and environment design in Unreal Engine.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of animation principles, character rigging, facial animation, and real-time rendering techniques.
- **Communication**: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to take direction and feedback effectively.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Game Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in VFX and post-production for movies.
- Familiarity with motion capture technology and its integration with Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Blueprints) for custom tool development.
