3D Realistic Animation Animator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and animate 3D models with realistic movements and emotions using Maya, Blender, and Cascadeur.
- Collaborate with the VFX and design teams to understand the project requirements and ensure animations meet the desired quality and artistic vision.
- Optimize animations for performance without sacrificing quality.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 3D animation workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and animation techniques.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-4 years of experience in 3D animation, with a focus on realistic animations.
- Proficiency in Maya, Blender, and Cascadeur.
- Strong understanding of the principles of animation, motion, and rigging.
- Experience with character animation, facial animation, and physics-based animations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating lifelike animations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in game development or film production.
- Knowledge of other 3D software such as ZBrush, Substance Painter, or Houdini.
- Familiarity with the Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
