**Position: Digital Marketing and Cold Calling Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Proficiency**: Showcase sound knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategies. Execute campaigns effectively to drive lead generation.
**Compensation and Incentives**: Enjoy a basic monthly pay of 8000 INR, with payment disbursed on the 31st working day of the month. Incentives are provided on a commission basis.
**Performance and Attendance**: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Non-compliance may result in termination after three warnings, without payment. Attendance at all company meetings is mandatory.
**Follow-up and Call Recordings**: Follow the provided follow-up script for effective communication. Maintain and provide call recordings for review.
**Meeting Strategies**: Attend all company meetings and implement discussed strategies to enhance results.
**Equipment Requirements**: Own a laptop for work purposes and possess an Android phone for communication. Provide your own earphones or earbuds for effective communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience and knowledge in digital marketing.
- Essential previous experience in cold calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed daily call targets.
- Familiarity with meeting attendance and strategy implementation.
**Additional Details**:
- Employment term is a minimum of 30 working days.
- Leaving the position before completing 30 days will result in the forfeiture of salary and payments.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
