IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Generate Leads**: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable IT solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, as well as our company's products and services, to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to clients, addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage sales pipeline efficiently, including accurate forecasting and regular reporting on sales activities, progress, and results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and demand generation activities.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with our products and services, and communicate it internally for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software solutions or IT services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Indore market and local business environment is a plus.
