Sales Executive

**Location**: Nachinola, North Goa

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Tie ups with boat owners with exclusive commission structures for the company
- Tie ups with all sales sources such as hotels, resorts etc.
- Tie ups with agents for add on sales
- Tie ups with other online booking & sales platforms
- Setting and meeting targets
- Optimization of marketing platforms to enhance sales
- Handling all sales calls and closing deals
- Payment collection and coordination with accounts department
- Confirmation for all bookings with all details of ad on services to clients and the team
- Working in sync with the Marketing and excursion team
- Assuring customer satisfaction and rendering of all ad on services during charters
- Monitoring customer feedback
- Managing database of all customers, clients, agents
- Create avenues and revenue streams to boost sales
- Daily sales reports to the team
- Team works and Maintenance of smooth operations through all departments

**Job Requirements**:

- _Education:_ Graduate in any related field preferred
- _Experience:_ Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
- Must be target oriented
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Should own a two-wheeler with a driver’s license

**Working hours**: 9:00am - 6:00pm

**Salary**: Rs. 25,000p.m. + incentives
