**Job Title**: Meeting Coordinator
**Location**: DLF PAD, Lucknow
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of online meetings and events.
- Schedule and organize meetings using Google Meet, Zoom, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure that all technical aspects of online meetings are functioning smoothly.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and presentations.
- Maintain a detailed calendar of events and meetings, ensuring timely communication with all participants.
- Provide support during meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in meeting coordination or event management.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online meeting platforms like Google Meet and Zoom.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
