**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership & Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of educators and support staff to maintain high teaching standards.
- Develop and implement policies, programs, and curricula that align with state regulations and the school’s educational philosophy.
- **Curriculum & Educational Development**:
- Collaborate with teaching staff to design and update age-appropriate curricula that promote child development in areas such as social skills, cognitive abilities, and physical growth.
- Monitor the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to meet student needs.
- **Parent & Community Engagement**:
- Build strong relationships with parents, maintaining open communication through regular updates, meetings, and events.
- Address parental concerns and provide guidance on child development and education-related topics.
- Foster partnerships with community organizations to enhance the school’s programs and resources.
- **Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations for early childhood education centers, including health and safety standards.
- Oversee the implementation of safety procedures, emergency plans, and regular drills.
- **Staff Development & Training**:
- Hire, train, and evaluate teachers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities and workshops for staff to ensure the highest quality of education and care.
- **Budget & Financial Management**:
- Manage the preschool’s budget, including overseeing tuition collection, expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Seek funding opportunities and grants to enhance school programs and resources.
- **Facilities Management**:
- Ensure that the preschool facility is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to learning and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role in early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the community.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and licensing procedures for preschool settings.
- Passion for fostering a positive learning environment for young children.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Early Childhood Education Administration or similar.
- Experience with managing budgets and operational aspects of an education center.
- Proven track record in successfully leading and improving a preschool program.
