With the guidance of Sr HRBP the person in the role is responsible for partnering with function heads, people managers, COE and platform services to build the functional capabilities of driving sustainable and profitable business growth. The person will be responsible for building an organization culture and operating environment that is conducive to engaging, developing and retaining - the “Best in Class” talent.

**Key Deliverables Include**:

- Understanding business strategy and identify key People & Organization strategies to enable business delivery and do what matters most for the organization
- Ensure fundamental people outcomes, including engagement, retention, capability build & talent capacity & build a high performing business unit
- Constantly benchmark & raise the bar with great & innovative practices that enable our people to deliver their best, while keeping it human
- Enhance employee experience through continuous creative improvement initiatives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong Business Partnership ( to support client groups as defined according to business needs.) Work with managers to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve business initiatives and deliver results
- Coach line managers on delivery of a great employee experience & managing performance & talent
- Collaborate with People Services & COEs to develop solutions & deliver key processes during the employee lifecycle
- Build a strong & diverse talent pipeline that can deliver the business growth plans
- Deploy programmes on I&D, Health & Wellbeing etc for the business groups
- Continuously partner with Leadership Teams to build a high performing and vibrant culture
- Partner with managers on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Analyze data to get insights and to provide solutions for improving total employee experience
- Partner to build leadership capabilities
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee issues ensuring the representation of all parties
- Assess business unit’s human resources training needs
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Performance Management: Optimize and deploy Performance Enablement process to drive high performance culture and deliveries

**Experience & Qualification**:
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience supporting employee relations across all grades.

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, diversity and performance management.

MBA/ Post graduation in HR is mandatory.
