PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Guest Reception**: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon their arrival, providing a positive first impression.

**Check-In/Check-Out**: Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment transactions.

**Information Assistance**: Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

**Reservation Management**: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Communication**: Effectively communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services, addressing any special requests or concerns.

**Problem Resolution**: Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Cash Handling**: Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records while adhering to financial procedures.

**Telephone Etiquette**: Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information or assistance as needed.

**Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.

**Upselling**: Promote additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
**Experience**: Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field education is a plus.

**Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

**Customer Service**: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

**Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.

**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Professional Appearance**: Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the resort's standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
