**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:

- Greet clients, visitors, and agents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct clients to the appropriate personnel and provide assistance as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the relevant departments or individuals
- Respond to general inquiries, provide information, and forward messages to the appropriate recipients.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

- Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for clients and agents.
- Maintain an organized calendar for team members.

4. Administrative Support:

- Assist with data entry, document filing, and office organization.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory.

5. Client Services:

- Provide basic information about products and services offered by the company to walk-in clients.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure they are connected with the appropriate agent or department.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (required)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
