US Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated US Project Coordinator to join our team. As a US Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects with a focus on the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to the success of our US projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage US projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within defined timelines and budget.
- Facilitate effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and provide proactive solutions.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address concerns.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Assist with resource allocation and coordination for efficient task completion.
- Stay updated on US market trends and project requirements.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (HSC passed).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Knowledge of the US market and project requirements preferred.

**We are also hiring for the following positions**:
1. **Graphic Designer/Illustrator**:

- Create visually appealing designs and illustrations.
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Knowledge of design principles and typography.
- Attention to detail and creativity.

2. **Operations** **Executive**:

- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes for improvement.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

3. **Sales Admin**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
