JOB DISCRIPTION:
2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**:Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to NetSuite to the appropriate teams when necessary. ** Work closely with development teams to analyze and resolve complex software defects.

4. System Integration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, Ragic, DocuSign, and other relevant systems. ** Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.

6. Customization and Configuration**:Assist in the customization and configuration of NetSuite and based on business requirements. ** Stay current with platform updates and recommend optimizations to maximize efficiency.
